I'm here to help change the narrative of how you relate to your sexual and reproductive health!

I am here to be the sex ed teacher you wish you’d had when you were younger...but didn't. I love talking all things periods, cervical fluid, sex and sexuality. My specialty is teaching the Fertility Awareness Method to clients who want to avoid pregnancy naturally or use it to conceive. I’m here to remove the mystery and taboo surrounding your cycle and help you feel empowered to make decisions about your reproductive health.
